Align Human Solutions – Cancellation & Refund Policy

Align Human Solutions is committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and reliable experience for all its clients. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds for our services may be requested.
1. Service Cancellation
- Cancellation requests will be accepted within 7 days of making the booking or payment for any service.
- However, cancellations may not be possible if:
- Work has already begun on the service,
- Preparations, scheduling, or allocations have been made (e.g., trainer assignments, podcast slot blocking, HR consultation preparation), or
- The service has been partially or fully delivered.
2. Non-Cancellable Services
Since we offer professional services, some bookings cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
These include (but are not limited to):
- Scheduled training sessions (POSH/HR workshops),
- Consultation sessions already slotted,
- Podcast recording slots reserved for guests,
- Any service for which resources, time, or third-party commitments have already been allocated.
In such cases, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
3. Service Quality Concerns
If you feel that:
- The delivered service does not match what was communicated,
- Or the experience was not as per expectations,
you must inform our Customer Service team within 7 days of service delivery.
The team will evaluate the concern and take an appropriate decision, which may include a rescheduled session, partial refund, or alternative resolution.
4. Technical Issues or Incomplete Delivery
If a service is not delivered due to:
- Technical failures,
- Unavoidable disruptions,
- Errors from our side,
Align Human Solutions will review the case and offer a suitable solution — including rescheduling or refund — based on situation assessment.
5. Refund Timelines
- Refunds approved by Align Human Solutions will be processed within 6–8 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment unless stated otherwise.
6. Third-Party or Partner Services
For services that involve external partners (e.g., venue bookings, platform charges, software tools), respective partner policies will apply where relevant.
