Align Human Solutions is a service-based organization. We do not ship any physical products. All our offerings—such as consulting, HR services, POSH training, workshops, hiring services, and podcast-related services—are delivered digitally or on-site as per agreement.

1. No Physical Shipping
Since we do not deal in physical goods, shipping through courier or postal services is not applicable to our operations.
2. Service Delivery Timelines
- Services are delivered as per the timelines mutually agreed upon at the time of booking or order confirmation.
- These timelines depend on:
- Service type (training, consultation, podcast recording, etc.)
- Availability of our team
- Any pre-requisites or materials required from the client.
Align Human Solutions is committed to timely delivery; however, delivery timelines may vary based on scheduling, resource availability, and client preparedness.
3. Mode of Service Delivery
Our services are delivered through:
- Email communication
- Video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- Phone/Online consultations
- On-site visits (when applicable and agreed upon)
All confirmations related to service delivery, schedules, and links will be sent to your registered email ID provided during booking.
4. Client Responsibility
To ensure smooth service delivery, the client must:
- Provide accurate contact information,
- Be available during scheduled sessions,
- Share relevant details/documents required for the service.
Delays caused due to incomplete information or client unavailability will not be the responsibility of Align Human Solutions.
